Stage It For Success!

Staging a home adds appeal. When potential buyers view your home you want them to see it as a home that could be theirs. You want them to feel like it could be their home and not someone else's. I recently listed a home that was staged nicely and had "tons" of appeal. It was listed on April 6 and had a contract written on April 8. The seller listened and understood the importance of preparing their home for the market. They also understood the importance of staging their home to give it that "warm and inviting" appeal. http://www.JonWHome.com

Jon...to many agents just put up a lock box, a sign and an ad in the paper and just wait. There is a lot more to this game than that!

You're right about getting homes prepared before listing! We too have see quick sales on homes that are well priced and staged to sell!

Jon, There are so many foreclosures here in Riverside County, I am thinking of starting an outside staging business to make the home look staged from the outside. I did this recently on a home actually for my buyers, water grass and made my boys go over an mow the lawn. :)

Hi Jon -- It's so easy to see why this home showed, as attention to detail, pride of ownership, staging, warmth and the entire property looks very inviting and just incredible. Great job. I hope other nearby sellers take notice that a good REALTOR makes all the difference.
