NEWSFLASH! First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit Changes

Probably the best news I received in my email on Friday afternoon!

So, looks like under a new FHA rule, Lender will now be able to allow the $8,000 tax credit to be used towards a down payment. Yes! You read that correctly! You can now use it as up-front money towards your purchase instead of having to wait to file an amendment after the fact!
