I hope everyone is doing well in this market, I was wondering if any of you had any ideas one how I can market three of my higher end listings better. Just putting them on MLS and the on web just isn't getting it done and I really need to market them to buyers outside my area.
The first one is a beautiful working cattle ranch on a FM Rd. It is some of the best looking land in southern Hopkins County, 232 acres total with two working water wells. It includes 3 large lakes-ponds and 2 smaller ponds that are fully stocked and ready for fishing.
