How can Jelly Beans help you sell more mortgages?

A new friend of mine just joined Active Rain. His name is Kody King, and he works for Springwater Capital. He and I recently were in a meeting together and he introduced me to a sales concept that he put together called the Jelly Bean Marketing Plan.
