James I think you really fantastic.

Jim, not bad for your first attempt, I read a quote yesterday, "You will always miss 100% of the shots you don't take." You took the first shot and it is good.

Wowie Zowie. A great home in the "nice part" of College Park. Since that's my beat, I'll definitely keep my ear to the ground for a buyer for you. I would have liked the address in the video somewhere but, hey, your star power would have overshadowed it anyway. :-) Love the "This is not HGTV" at the beginning.

I liked the video Jim. HGTV doesn't have nothing on you. And I liked how you said that you don't want to give too much away because if you do,you wont come and see the house. Great post.
