Stay tuned for more information. Rumor has it, that HUS is going to allow prospective and qualified home buyers to borrow money from approved agencies and lenders. This would be great as it would allow home buyers to have a down payment for their first homes. I wonder how carefully these prospective buyers would be screened and how it would all work.

I am working with a number of first time home buyers who are excited to get the $8,000 tax credit, own a home and not rent anymore. What a great time to buy a home!
