I was at that event in Washington last week, and I didn't get that take at all. You can hear Greenspans speach in full at the NAR website. He warned against failure of conforming conventional mortgages and the danger of prices falling any further.

My intention of the post was to share the article. When I read the article I could not help but feel that the columnist was somewhat bitter and a just a bit angry. I found it to be somewhat comical. The views of the columnist do not necessarily reflect my own :-)
