This month begins my third year as a realtor in St. Augustine, Florida... What an amazing time to get into the business! I believe now's the time to buy. Do I think we've hit bottom? I don't know, but the prices are so good that I'd hate to miss my dream home b/c I was waiting for it to go down another $5000 or $10000. Over the life of a mortgage, it's not enough money per month to risk losing a chance to own the home I've always wanted.
This is such an exciting career, meeting so many wonderful buyers and sellers, seeing gorgeous homes I could never afford, and working with a terrific group of people at our Exit office. My colleagues have been so helpful, supportive, and encouraging. Everyone seems to want everyone else to do well, and that really makes sense. Team spirit not only benefits the company, but also individuals. When the company does well, we are all in a better position to list and sell. I love it here. Thank you, Bernadette Hreso, for asking me to join, and a big thank you to all my office friends. I'm looking forward to this year as my best yet!
