Have you been a good boy or girl?

I got a little surprise today.  I met with some Metro Detroit first time home buyers today.  They are going to be a new resident at Botsford hospital and relocating to Michigan from out of state.  What surprised me is "not that they found me, Russ Ravary on Active Rain" but that they chose me on the comments I made.  Not totally on the blogs I wrote, but a comment!

I never realized that prospective buyers and sellers can search, and find just about anything you write on the rain.  They chose me from a comment I made.  The blog was about all the germs you can get from a door knob.

I had commented "that I was going to die from all the doorknobs I touch in a day"  The home buyer said they wanted to check out what type of person I was.  I never thought about it.  I'm not a controversial person and I don't get aggressive or mean.  But it was still interesting that prospective buyers and sellers learn so much about you.  That they make choices and identify with you.

So here is my tip of the day.  So for any person out there that may get argumentative or a little mean spirited remember people do read what you are saying.  Be careful and be a better person.  A little kindness goes a long way.
