We all love our industry and we do want to be viable in the selling of a home in this market. Bottom line.... location, location. We see this all the time in real estate, even in school districts.

What we all need to realize is that our comments and answers here are based upon our own area and our own experiences.  Granted, many of us know what works for us where we are, we offer advice based upon what we know is true for us. We all really do want to help others.

So what is the problem?  

There shouldn't be one.

Our community here is like a pot of gold. We all can benefit from each and every comment. We can remember when "we" were asking those tough questions.  We all need to remember when... that is right, remember when.

Now is the time to stick together, offer advice based upon our own areas and accept, possibly, a different perspective. Is it worth a try?  You bet.  Keep an open mind and don't forget why you do what you do.
