I agree. No one every gets to the top alone. Most people have dozens of others that have helped them achieve greatness.

Richard, Being a fulltime realtor is kind of like a roller coaster ride, up and down, all around and FAST! I agree with what you're just saying, but how to get help is another story! Your local competitors (and even coworkers) aren't really rooting for your success, but their own.... very competitive!

I will hold your ladder if you hold mine!  Kidding aside, I think you are right.  Having support makes it easier.

I just want the person holding the ladder for me to pay attention... (as you put it, I'm just sayin... )

I'm already not a big fan of ladders, so for me, the helping hands to steady it sounds very nice.

And while one can go it alone, how much better would it be to have the ladder stabilized with the helpful hands of others that are willing to participate in our endeavor to climb to the top?
