Market Data for MARCH and APRIL 2007 - Rancho Santa Fe, CA

 The summary market statistics from the MLS for Rancho Santa Fe for March and April 2007 are shown below.

Prices in Rancho Santa Fe continue to be the highest in San Diego County, on average. There is minimal inventory for attached homes and the marketing time is extremely long, on average (7 months), with a small number of sales in any given month. We continue to see a fairly large inventory of detached homes for sale in Rancho Santa Fe, which currently range up to $40 million.

Detached homes, as well, take a long time to sell - longer than in any other North County San Diego community, however this is common in the high end market, especially for luxury homes. There is a 1 1/2 year supply of detached homes at the current time, which is a 50% in the last year.
