ORLANDO, Fla. --- Beazer Homes has started construction of seven new town homes at Heritage Commons, the gated town home community Beazer is developing in Winter Springs off Dodd Rd. two miles west of the Highway 417 exit at Red Bug Lake Rd.
David Byrnes, president of Beazer Homes in Florida, said the two, three and four bedroom town homes range in size from 1,313 square feet of living space to 1,800 square feet.
New town homes at Heritage Commons are priced from the $150s, Byrnes said.
The community features a swimming pool, cabana and children’s playground.
