You're right it is a great house! Regatta Bay is a wonderful place to live because it's right in the heart of Destin so you can get anywhere quickly. There is great Bay Front Real Estate in Regatta Bay and of course there is Regatta Bay Golf Course Property if you like looking out over a beautiful fairway. Regatta Bay is also very close to the Golf of Mexico - as a matter of fact I would estimate that it is about 1-1/2 miles (maybe) to the Gulf. As you can see if you, or anyone you know, is interested in a great place at the beach in Destin Florida - Regatta Bay Real Estate is it!
