I am the owner of a large Linkedin Group of over 2,400 members. Often times, I get new members joining my group who are located in other cities and plan to move to our community and establish contacts through Linkedin ahead of time.
In my group I have hundreds of great real estate agent prospects (soon to be newcomers to the area) but no one has picked up on it.
Being the Group Owner I have the ability to get each new members e-mail and send them a personal note. This is a perfect opportunity for me to introduce a real estate professional whom I have a agreement with.
What agents should do is cut a deal per lead with their local goup owner. Feedback welcome!
