MOUNT DORA, Fla. --- Lennar will start construction of two new model homes in June at Crestview at Stoneybrook Hills, located on U.S. 441 south of S.R. 46 in Mount Dora.
Paul Brooks, director of sales and marketing for Lennar in Central Florida, said the home builder is introducing four new floor plans at Crestview at Stoneybrook Hills that range in size from 1,352 square feet of living space to 1,840 square feet.
New three and four bedroom homes at Crestview at Stoneybrook Hills are priced from the mid-$100s, Brooks said.
A limited number of homes sites are available in the current phase of Crestview at Stoneybrook Hills.
