New Marketing Strategy Revealed

Services for Real Estate Pros with CurbSide CDs

It's 1130 pm here in the west...I am watching sportscenter and drinking a heineken after just finishing an online poker game. I decided to flip through the channels and I saw a Carlton Sheets Infomercial.

I  want to propose that we all go out and buy 100 copies of this program and pass them out to people for free in order that we can get real estate moving again....it seems like a really good program.

We can hopefully get some money from the government to do it too..there is a crazy guy with dollar signs on his suit telling me its possible

Pretty soon I wont have to worry about anything though....I am buying the momentus swing aid...I should be on the PGA Tour by years end making millions of dollars since I will be hitting the ball longer and straighter than ever...it will only take minutes a day!

Maybe we can develop infomercials to sell individual listings and make silly guarantees...

Buy this home - If you arent completly satisfied return it for a full refund (minus closing costs). The George Foreman grill is yours just for trying this amazing house....operators are standing by CALL NOW!

Don't you always notice these infomercials come on late night or early morning? I guess coming home after a few adult beverages, you see these infomercials and think to yourself I'm going to be rich and order.  Then the next morning you see your credit card lying there on the coffee table and wonder what it's lying there for. Then you call the credit card company and find out you ordered ten kits. WOW, I'm going to be ten times richer.

Even without the adult beverages....marketing wise, they come on when people cant sleep because they are most likely stressed out about money etc...

With so many people awake at this time(not me), maybe a new innovative marketing idea would be an open house from 1AM-3AM, directional signs would have to be lit up, feature the quiet neighborhood or if it is a hopping hood just think of the people you could draw in!!

Wait -  you could have an open house between 1-3 am - Featuring informercials on a large plasma.

You could ask potential buyers "Hey, wouldnt you rather be up all night here than in your current home?"

You could show how easy the house is to navigate in the dark, and how far the TV is away from the kids bedroom.

All night TV watching with benefits for the whole family....I think we could really develop this!
