Staging a Model Home in Culver City

There’s nothing I enjoy more than Staging close to home! If you happen to forget something, it’s just a short drive to storage, and you’re never stuck in traffic on the way home. So I was thrilled when Stage to Sell was hired to Stage a model unit for a beautiful new townhome development in my very own Culver City!

When I first previewed this property, my biggest concern was the size of the 2 main living spaces. The townhome had both a formal living room and a family room on the main level, but both rooms felt very small, especially without furniture in them.

Thanks Beth! Those were tie-up shades. They're great for kid's rooms and you can tie them to any length.

Annie - Lovely Staging - those challenging spaces certainly separate the pros from the amateurs. When people come into a space and start scratching their heads becuase they either don't understand the function of the room, or don't know where their furnishings will go, that's when the seller loses them, and a sale. Your solutions were great in that very narrow and potentially problematic space and the other rooms were so tastefully done as well.

Janis, thank you so much! I am almost sure the reason these units weren't selling is because of the awkward family room space. I am sure now that it is Staged it will be much easier for buyers to figure out.
