But that is OK because you spell checked and saved!!!! click on OK
Paste in the html code where you want it. Your code will look something like, but there will be live links. I broke them here:
<param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" /><param name="movie" value="http://www.buzzdash.com/bb.swf?BB_id=164246" /><param name="quality" value="high" /><param name="wmode" value="transparent" />
<embed src="http://www.buzzdash.com/bb.swf?BB_id=164246" quality="high" wmode="transparent" width="300" height="235" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" />
<noembed><a href="http://www.buzzdash.com/polls/have-you-ever-posted-a-poll-on-your-blog-164246/">Have you ever posted a poll on your blog? </a> | <a href="http://www.buzzdash.com">BuzzDash polls</a></noembed>
</object>
I usually center it. <center> </center> around the code works for me. With BuzzDash buzzbites it does not center that last line with the two links so I center that line separately... just after the flash player. A separate <center> </center> around the:

</object>
so that is:
<center> <noembed><a href="http://www.buzzdash.com/polls/have-you-ever-posted-a-poll-on-your-blog-164246/">Have you ever posted a poll on your blog? </a> | <a href="http://www.buzzdash.com">BuzzDash polls</a></noembed>
