Lenn, I like the new map, it seems to be a different style than your previous maps.

Wow. This is unique. I'm wondering what the predicted demographic is for this type of home. Are the retial areas shopping or business?

Interesting concept. We had a builder try something like this here and the local township government wouldn't approve it.

George.  This map is of a few blocks.  Most are towns or counties.

Lisa.  The demographics are those of rural Loudoun County.  I'll add them.

Terry.  This was difficult because the original town center planned approved in 2001 included homes with a more Victorian design.  However, because of price, they wouldn't sell.  So, when the first builders failed, Ryan came in with more affordable designs and the town council approved them in January this year.  They're selling fast.

Lenn, I too really like the looks of your maps.  Do you do them yourself?  Do you use a program?

Lenn, I absolutely love your maps. I know you told me once they're copywrited. ( don't want yours :))

But do you make them with a map program? I'd like to learn how to do something for the Nashville area. They're wonderful!

What a nice community.  Homes in communities like these sell fast.  We need more of these in Texas.

Lenn,

I have recently moved to L'ville and love it.  The job market within 45 minutes is fantastic, the schools have a great reputation, and the affordability is unheard of.

Whats the latest on the retail development in the town center?

Thanks!

Current Lovettsville Resident.

Welcome to my neighborhood.

Development is, of course, stalled because of the current housing market.  As Ryan completes more homes in the Town Center and more residents arrive, I expect that we'll see some progress.  The new Post Office is coming along.

We'll get there.  You were fortunate to buy in Lovettsville at this time. Price will surely increase dramatically when the Town Center is complete.
