Buyers Communicate

Buyers communicate with your realtor.  Your realtor may not know all your likes and dislikes.  Remember, this is a team effort to find the right home, that means both the client and realtor must be communicating with each other.  If you find it is necessary to change your home search criteria, be sure to communicate to your agent immediately, and then put it in writing to eliminate any confusion.  If you see a home For Sale By Owner that is of interest, record the address and immediately contact your realtor by e-mail requesting an opportunity to tour the home.  As a client, if you have suggestions on how to improve or approach a situation, do not be afraid to speak up.  Finally, if you do not understand something, ask the question again, as well as, do not be afraid to ask a lot of questions.  In conclusion, this is the duty of the realtor to answer your questions, assist you in finding the right home based on your input, and guide you through the transaction process to a successful closing.
