Cook bacon, set aside to drain.
Make Honey Mustard using French's Honey Dijan with a little extra honey added to taste and set aside.
On any bread of your choice, layer deli sliced Chicken, Monteray Jack Cheese, Bacon, then top off with Honey Mustard.  Slice into quarters and arrange on a platter and serve!
The flavors all blend together wonderfully!
