I've just started using real bird on my weekly listings as well and I have to say I've been getting lots of calls. The service they provide is excellent and I was having a problem and the president called me within an hour on my cell to make sure I got my problem resolved. (Talk about service)
Maria - I like the tools... The only downside is that the consumers don't necessarily understand that these search tools aren't as extensive as the MLS.
Don - I get a few hours... (well a few hours every other day)...
Liz - I'm back... I'm a bad blogger and usually take a few days off at the end of the month and start of the next month... too many things to do and not enough time.
