German Potato Salad
Ingredients:
6 to 8 medium sized potatoes, cooked and diced.
4 slices of bacon, cooked
1 onion, diced
Bring to a boil, the following ingredients:
6 T. cooking oil
3 T. flour
6 T. sugar
3 t. margarine
2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1-1/2 c. water
Remove from heat, add 4-1/2 tablespoons sour cream and mix with potatoes.
