There are things we just don't talk about.  As REALTORS® we owe confidentiality to our clients, forever!  Things we say in public, and privately to others, can come back and bite us.  Even when you tell someone and ask for their confidence it is no longer confidential and there is a good chance they will tell someone else who will in turn tells someone else and so forth.

You are much better off not saying anything that may be considered confidential.  Remember that it's easy to let the cat out of the bag, but impossible to put it back in.  And in the process you might get bitten!
