West Jordan Is The Place To Be On Memorial Day !

For the second year, the City of West Jordan has planned a memorial day celebration that should help make all of us remember what this day really means, and why it is so very important.
At 2:30 on Monday, May 25th at the North end of Veterans Memorial Park at the Military Services Monument you'll be asked to remember and pay tribute to America's fallen heroes.
Helping us reflect on and honor the men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice will be a host of dignitaries that will make speeches and offer remarks about the sanctity of the day.
The more important attendees however will be the citizens, particularly the children, who will make their way through the hundreds of American Flags displayed in this aptly named park to join the Choral Arts Society of Utah render, Our National Anthem, God Bless America, From Sea To Shining Sea, and Amazing Grace with the Utah Pipe Band.
Hope to see you at the Military Services Monument. It's the least we can do. It's the Place to be.
