I can't believe what $2.50 can buy at a yard sale in North Raleigh. The baby and I managed to pick up a pool, bathing suit with matching robe, water shoes and toys. Included in our grand total purchase of $2.50 the seller threw in a free baby doll and black bear just because the baby was willing to take it off their hands.

Yes, she will be two on Friday and loving every minute. I picked up tons of FSBO flyers for my agents to mail to and found two people planning to put their house on the market (hence the yard sale). Driving around to yard sales have always been one of my favorite ways to know what is happening in the market.
Sheri, I once found a whole laundry tub of barbies at a garage sale for my daugher for $10 bucks. Can you beleive I was the best dad ever?

A favorite toy of both of my children for several years was a toy phone I bought at a yard sale for $1!
Sometimes you can get the best things at yard sales. I love them but I haven't got to go to too many so far this year.
