Got a call last week from a woman who was very frustrated. She wanted to see properties in a particular area in the price range of 175,000 to 275,000. She wound up with 343 listings to look at. Way too many. Most did not meet what she really wanted in her home. After talking with her on the phone I was able to conduct a search that provided 22 homes that met her expectations. Now she can focus on determining which one is the best fit.
