I love my new perfume....

I waited many years and had much heart ache to become a Mom.  But today I realized that one of the sweetest parts of my new role in life is my new perfume.  Oh, it isn't anything fancy, but to my nose it is as sweet as any fancy, smancy designer perfumes people are paying outragous amounts of money for at stores I don't even dare look at the door!

My perfume varies by the day and more realistically by the hour.  I might leave the house smelling like Irish Spring or Zest or it might be Johnson's and Johnson's Baby Lotion.  A couple of hours later, it might be eau de formulay (said like olay, for-mu-lay) or something worse.  The something worse days has only been a couple of times, but the eau de formulay days seems to be occuring frequently.  I have to say, it doesn't bother me.

So the next time you walk up to me and smell something.  Realize it is a designer fragrance, created by the magical Miss Maddie.  It is also a fragrance that her mom wears with great pride and wouldn't trade it for anything!

PS if you let me be your Realtor, you will more than likely get to meet Miss Maddie along the way!

Kim, I remember the days so well!  And the many washes that went wiith it :)  But they are precious and fly by and I'm sure you're enjoying every single second of it.

Very cute!  The smells I remember best from the baby days are just simply the sweet smell of a baby.

That is one thing I miss about having babies around the house is the smell. There is a smell to a baby that can't help but make you happy.
