If you leave a comment, Russel will visit your blog and comment.Way back in March 2003, I joined the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Since then, I have met many home inspectors from throughout the nation that I consider friends, and I look forward to meeting them in person some day.

I know I'm going to make Zoey the Cool Cat jealous with this post, but one of those friends, Jack Gilleland, a home inspector in Clayton, Ohio.

Izzy the Monster DogJack has one of those monster dogs, a Bernese Mountain Dog (picture at right). Actually, I believe he has two now, a monster one named Izzy, and a baby monster one a couple of months old.

Recently I had to make a trip to the doctor for my annual physical checkup. Since the parking lot was full, I had to park on the street, right next to Izzy the Monster Dog's new venture, which Jack somehow had forgotten to tell me about. And I thought Jack was a friend. Couldn't even invite me to the grand opening. Well....

Hey RR Izzy must be sneaking around behind my back to open a cafe.  Although, I doubt it will be a succes because I'm sure he'll eat all the profits.

Here's Izzy and Mickey.

Hey, Jack.

Thanks for the new picture of Izzy and Mickey. They are truly adorable.

Next time I'm over in that neighborhood, I'm going to try Izzy's Cafe. I'm presuming they don't serve dog food -- LOL.

There was a restaurant in Tampa that used to serve all their food in dog bowls, and the food was excellent. I think it was called "The Dog House" or something like that.

Izzy's favorite meal, though he doesn't get it very often, is spag. and meatballs.  He actually whines when we start cooking the sauce.

Hey, Jack.

Does Mickey have a favorite meal yet? And what is Mickey's job at the restaurant? Is he going to take over Izzy's floor mopping duties?

I don't think Izzy will let Mickey do anything without his supervision.  I guess that's because she is only 8 weeks Wed.

By the way, my grand daughter has begun to recognize Zoey and asks to see the pictures everytime I'm on line.
