Thanks everyone that stopped by one of my three websites to see my new header branding me across platforms. Now, I would like to invite you to visit FHA Loans Oregon and take a look at my three part series in how to chose a loan officer. I think you should find it interesting and give you some material to use when referring your clients to the loan officer that will help them through the rigors of an FHA loan.

Not everyone is a perfect loan officer, and I can guarantee that I am not perfect, but I do guarantee that I am always trying to keep my knowledge current, I have never rested on my experience. Please take a look and feel free to leave me a comment. Since Positive Real Estate Professionals automatically posts to there from my websites, you can read it there also. I am hoping that everyone is having a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Just remember the reason for this holiday to for the rememberance and honor to our Armed Services and our fallen heros.

Fred- I liked the WordPress format. Your pics look nice. The page showed up real big on my computer, but I have issues with sizing. I'd say just check out how it looks on a few different computers. Looks good.

So true that the right mortgage broker is just as important as having a great real estate agent.  It's a huge investment - having an expert watching out for us is vital!  You're the best Fred!

Fred, I am a big fan of this series. There are so many things that you mention that are correct. Finding the right loan officer is just as important as finding the right stager, the right home inspector, or the right Realtor for that matter.

Steve - I think that the format is really amazing. As for looking on different computers, I have checked it out on several and I know there are differences, especially on laptops and have attempted to change it to make it more readable on smaller screens, but there is just so much I can do.

Thanks Mike, I hope you enjoy the series.

Margaret - Absolutely right, a professional is what you need for every step of the way. As for expert, well, enjoy part 3.

Danny - You are right, professionals are the difference between getting something done and not getting it done.
