As we wind down the day of honoring all those who have served our country, I wanted to mention how proud we are of Paul for serving his country for 6 years.
Paul is just out of the army and starting his new life. He went into the army a young naive boy of only 18 years and came out a man with a wife and darling baby girl. Many times we worried about him being overseas and perhaps in harm's way. We were always thankful to receive the calls of, "I'm back in the states."
And our thoughts and prayers go out to the families of soldiers who didn't make it home. These are the brave ones who have paid the highest price for the freedom we hold dear to our hearts. God Bless America!
