I agree with the team attitude. You have to build a reliable team around you, even if its not traditional partners but colleagues working together.

Gary - It's true that misery loves company and in this ever-challenging market those of us who remain in business are indeed in this together. One thing I noticed is how Realtors in my market have learned to be much more supportive and respectful to one another as the market changed.
