Have we seen the bottom of the market?  Are there more foreclosures on the horizon?  It seems that banks are holding onto their inventory and I'm hearing conflicting reports on what the banks are going to do with these REO properties.  Reports that we'll be slammed with foreclosures this summer ... and reports that the banks will trickle these properties into the market. 

If you're a buyer waiting for the bottom of the market ... don't wait!  If you wait any longer, you'll miss out on great deals that are out there. 

By all reports I've read, we'll see the market start to increase by the end of the year, first of next.  There are still good deals out there, but be prepared to compete with multiple offers.
