2. Put a video on your page

3. Rate all the meta keywords you use

4. Use an SEO grading school like the FREE one provided by Hubspot at http://website.grader.com/ or one of the more advanced tools listed on http://www.avivadirectory.com/free-online-tests/

5. Follow RSS feeds, blogs, tweets, and any other social media network on at least 5 different networking sites and at least 5 people on each site and constantly learn and research new SEO methods.

If all else fails pay someone else to do it.

Paul, I was told to put the video on a while back but it is a lot of work coming up with those videos. I optimize pages for 6 different areas. So I'm trying to do a video for each area. I finally finished the first one so hopefully the rest will be easier.

how important is the video? I have been kicking and screaming against that one even though my website at http://www.realestateguy.net is well ranked.

Also important to have a good URL. and don't forget, Listings are the best way to generate traffic.

as long as when consumers click to your properties they are directed to your site.
