That's a lot of house for the money -- it seems to be out in the middle of nowhere -- not that I know much about Kentucky real estate. But the fact that it's pending right away means you are marketing your listings correctly, and your sellers must be thrilled with your expertise.

I don't like to think we are that different in this country, but there you are with all that property 3,000 + home for $298,000 and we get 1500 sqft and 2,900 sqft lot for the same price. (What is wrong with this picture)
