I thought Sue Argue's blog "Foreclosures...AS IS" was great. It is a market that desperately needs staging to get those houses sold. More and more foreclosures unfortunetly are increasing at an unbelievable rate ESP. the higher end ones as well as houses perfect for first time buyers in nice neighborhoods.
There is only one point I'll have to "argue" with Sue though....My investor hubby just bought this gem....It was a foreclosure that sat on the market for a record breaking 2 YEARS! I don't think any amount of "Staging" would of helped this one......But just for FUN, I may attempt to stage it "AS IS" and see what you all think! (That's my daughter Lexi enjoying the fabulous kitchen.....my hubby decided to dine outside on the bed of the truck instead of inside)
