This was a labor of love for Staged-to-Sell.com

Our client brought us in to transform a house that had not been updated since it was built in the 60's. We worked with a fabulous crew to changed it into a beautiful home that would appeal to many buyers.

It took a few months, but we had a wonderful client who was willing to do what it takes to make the home shine.

We knocked down walls, replaced flooring, siding and windows. We created a new master suite from an old family room and small bedroom. A huge laundry room was created where there wasn't even a space before.  Every room has a and we made sure that focused on that when doing the enhancement staging too.

New kitchen, all new bathrooms (four in all) and so much more. We even changed where the front door was from the side to the front to add that all important curb appeal. This house is simply perfect! The lucky buyers who find it can move right in and relax there is nothing left to do but enjoy!

Beautiful Travertine for the master bath, master fireplace and even the enormous laundry room.

Thanks ladies. Yes, a fun project but it was like building the house from scratch. The only thing we didn't change was the roof and the foundation!!  Just our kind of project and we seem to be doing them more and more lately. Kym

Thanks Michele - there use to be three walls there in the kitchen/dining/living room. They all came tumbling down to expose the most beautiful view of the San Francisco Bay!

Cindy - that is Fred. He is a wonderful large ceramic fish I purchase through one of my vendors. I love him and it is such fun to put something unexpected in the shower. As we know buyers look everywhere!
