You need to research the one that fits you like a glove. There might be more than one real estate franchise for sale that fits you well, but with proper research you can narrow it down to one.

As a tip, always contact one of the existing franchisees and get their perspective on how the like to work with headquarters. Are they frustrated or upset? Or are they happy and feel that HQ is giving them value?
