I will be doing the Top 10 for the Austin, TX area, and I want YOUR listings!!  If you have a listing that is an awesome deal, let me know and I'll include it on the list each month.

When I say "deal", I mean an actual deal, not just a nice listing you have.  I want listings that are priced well and ready to sell.  Maybe it's priced below comps, priced below tax value, pre-foreclosure, or just priced to sell, and sell fast!

I'm looking for new, preowned, houses, condo, completely updated, or ready to be gutted.  Anything that you think is a great "deal" and I'll try to include it.

Who doesn't want extra exposure for their listings??

If you read this and you're not from the area, but you know some agents who might be interested, please pass this along.  Otherwise, I'll be pulling up listings in the MLS each month, and who knows who will get the extra exposure!

Gail, This is a nationwide company putting the lists together for weekly top 10 deals.  This isn't my doing, but I wish it was.
