I am still on the sidelines, watching people like you report on whether Twitter actually helps their business. I will stay tuned.
Keep us posted on your progress
I have joined but not a huge participant----- YET! I am addicted to the RAIN --do I need another ?
Yes you will go blind.......so get a keyboard for the blind. My mentor is a blind agent who does blog and reads my blogs. www.klattrealty.com . I don't get the twit thing, so I let AR do the twitting for me. Something will form out of this in a year, so it is good to have a head start on the unknown.
i'm just getting startted also, I sat in on a good intro to social media yesturday @ NCCBOR check out www.Twitterqueens.net
FYI i couldn't get your link to work.
Mike
OK so I have been hearing about the twits, twitters, twitting, and had just decided let it go by the way. But I read your post and tried to sign up. They said there were so many on line I would have to come back. That's like being turned away from a great party...Soooo, sad.
But first you have to grab the publics attention before they will read or be interested in your business. Use your charming humor. Then go into the business dialog. Wishing you well. Maybe later today I can get you on twitter.
You are just too funny.
By the way, in MY day, a TWIT was a weird person or an annoying person...funny how words change isn't it.... I guess now being a twit or twiter is good!
Hi Mike,
I use Twitter to give updated stats on the Oakville market. I have it on the front page of my website. I also have my AR posts automatically transferred there. I think if it's used effectively it can be a good thing.
