I have been using Growth Leader now for a short while.  Early on, I met two leads that came directly from the advertising and marketing of Growth Leader.

We talked through the email on the Vision web site for a while, and then we planed to meet.  We looked at 8 homes on our first visit.  One of them was special.

A couple weeks later, we had our second shopping trip.  We visited the special home last.

Today, we had the final walk through, and the closing of this home.  This young couple are first time home buyers, and are looking forward in taking advantage of their $8,000 tax credit from Uncle Sam!

How wonderful this system is.  We have a young couple, just graduating from graduate school this week.  And now they have a new home.  The wedding is coming soon as well.

Congratulations to these buyers.  Thank you Active Rain.  Thank you Growth Leader

Congrats on the GL success - as a fellow Coldwell Banker agent, I wonder if you would share with me what is the biggest benefit to using the GL site as opposed to the CB site....???

I was a very unhappy client with GL's predecessor, House Values. I got roped into an expensive & long contract, which I was unable to get out of without first paying a hefty penalty.

Had been considering looking into GL, so I was hoping you could/would enlighten me...???

Hello Donald,

Unfortunately I have not heard of Growth Leader, assume is is a lead generations company as is Housevalues which I had many years ago and it was unsuccessful and very expensive. Congratulations on your success with them. Would you recommend them?

Growth Leader is an interesting product. I am still working it for my first sale with one of the prospects from Growth Leader. I like the vision tool and think it is nice to use with my SOI.
