Thank you Ladies.  I have been sick for quite some time, and was feeling better today, so I thought this would be the perfect place to go, to meditate and just be in the moment - with the peace and quiet, and nature .... (until the cardinal made me chase him around the park to get a shot). :)

Sylvie - Glad to here you are getting better.

Edwards Gardens is one of my favourite parks in Toronto.  I have not been there for a few years but will need to go back.  It is conveniently located on the southwest corner of Leslie Street and Lawrence Avenue East.  For some strange reason, Google Maps does not label the name of the park even though it is one of the larger parks in Toronto.  The other parks in the area are all labelled.

Sylvie's photographs were taken in the valley at Edwards Gardens.

Terry , if I had done ONE blog with all 200 photos I took, you'd still be scrolling through it.
This way, I broke it into 'themes', if you want to call it that.

Since copying and pasting is not allowed on AR, since using someone else' work is not allowed, and since I'm not a good writer, the only alternative for me is photos.  I can work with that. :)

I had not been back to Edwards Gardens in over 10 years.  I love it there.  It's a very peaceful, serene place.
I may go for some yoga or tai chi next time.

You're right, the map doesn't show it for some weird reason.

I went through Sunnybrook Park too, to see the Toronto Mounted Police horses. 
I walked ... can you believe that?  I WALKED and then had to walk back to Edwards Gardens where my car was parked.  Today, my legs are in a lot of pain. LOL

It was a great day.
