I am proud to share with you that another happy family sold their

Quail Meadow at Lone Star Ranch Frisco Texas sold 10 homes
since January 2009. The average days on market is 76 days at $93 per
square foot.
My clients home sold in 48 days at $95/sf.
The biggest contribution and honor are given to my clients
for working very hard to de-clutter and prepare their home for the
good sale. They also trusted my judgment and opinions. These clients
are a rare find. They are intelligent and perfectionist type
personalities, hence showing the home has never been a problem. They
also politely obliged to EVERY showing despite having a very young
toddler. We all know that can be challenging with nap times.
The biggest obstacle we had to overcome (and of course, prayed
for many times) was 4 simultaneous closings - ALL on the same day.
The buyers of my client's home had to sell their home. So, we needed
the first original buyer to get his ducks in a row, then created a
successful selling for my client's buyer's home, in turn become
buyers of my client's home. Turned around 1 1/2 hours later, my
clients signed to purchase their new home. All I could say is that I
am glad all of these happened without a glitched. So, who says that
the Market is Turning, and going down hill?
I'm not any one special real estate agent. I just do my best to
get my job done the best way I know how. At this point in time, I do
believe that my

know how to sell my clients' homes.
