Today is the last day to attend a Salt Lake Real Estate workshop that will show you "HOW TO PROFIT FROM THE GREATEST REAL ESTATE LIQUIDATION SALE IN HISTORY".  (I guess the Oklahoma Land Rush is a myth).

Sunday this incredible opportunity was in West Valley, Monday it moved to Sandy UT, Tuesday the spectacle was in Salt Lake City, and today, the final day, you can guarantee your future up in the University district.

Don't be heartbroken if you missed this free program for creating instant wealth in Real Estate though. You can catch up with them down the road as they will probably pack up their tent and move on to Ogden UT, or Provo Utah , saving souls, and basically helping people that can't wait to "increase your net worth by more than a million dollars in Utah Real Estate".

Actually if you just wait a week or two,  another group of seminar folks touting "EXCLUSIVE MONEYMAKING REAL ESTATE STRATEGIES, ENGINEERED FOR TODAYS MARKET" will be visiting your town.

Making HUGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY IN UTAH REAL ESTATE must be easier than I thought.

 Since I missed out on this chance in Salt Lake,  I think thats what I'm going to do. Lika a camp follower.

I have some clients that would jump on the chance to buy some of the REO or Bank Owned Properties they talk about @ 70% below market value.

I wonder if some of those are homes for sale in West Jordan or Daybreak in South Jordan, or Draper Utah?

It also seems like these master teachers have found a way around that pesky old "Due On Sale" clause. I sure do know some folks that would like to know that. A lot of them are licensed Realtors.

 That would be particularly helpful for some pending foreclosures I know about in Taylorsville and Herriman UT.

I tried to call them, but no phone number was listed on any of the full page adds that were running in the newspaper.

That's a pretty expensive add not to put in you phone number, or e-mail or a way to get in contact. Especially when this entire workshop for finding "Monster Deals and Monster Profits" is free.

I really did want to talk to that nice looking young girl that "created massive wealth" (made 6 figures her first year) and the guy who made $600,000 in 6 months and has more free time to spend with his family.

They look like nice honest people and it would be nice to learn how to take advantage of some of the "OUTRAGEOUS OPPORTUNITIES IN REAL ESTATE" that they learned in a 2 hour seminar that managed to elude me in over 30 years of selling Utah Homes and Condominiums.

I will get to talk to a lot of the NEW seminar investors over the next few days though.

These soon to be semi-retired millionaires will call to interview me to see if they want to allow me to be part of their team on the road to riches.

 I usually decline since most of the foreclosed homes for sale on my website Salt Lake Bank Owned Homes are not anywhere near pennies on the dollar. (which is what these new Salt Lake Real Estate Investors expect).
