I am feeling a little guilty today. I have spent a LOT of time on active rain lately, but I haven't spent any time working on my own blog. I learn so much from the people here. I want to give something back. I don't know what I can give back though. I am so new to real estate. In fact, I am not even started yet. I have spent these last 9 months learning everything I can about being a Realtor. I spent several hours last night and this morning reading every blog that Broker Bryant has ever posted. I learned a LOT from those blogs.

I learned:

As of this writing, Broker Bryant has about 25 pages of blogs. Do yourself a favor, go read them all. Read all the comments while you are at it. I may not have a lot of my own to offer, but I can defiantely steer you towards great people here!

Broker Bryant jumps through hoops to help us become better Realtors. (I am not a Realtor yet, but I will be SOON).

You should also stop by one of his more recent blogs for a good laugh.

I've read a fair number of his posts and he is very knowledgeable, I wish that he would stop  slinging mud at mortgage brokers.

Bob, I totally understand where you are coming from. I did read your post reguarding BB's  "all encompassing" comment about mortgage brokers, and I realize that you did take that very personally. I agree that he should have phrased that differently, and called out ONLY the mortgage brokers who behave in the way that the ones he was so angry at do.

We can't love everything about everybody, but I think with him the great really outweighs the bad!

Ali...

I have just emailed this post over to Blog Boy (my husband Broker Bryant) ...

I am quite certain this is going to inflate his already inflated head. That's okay though.

I keep a pin handy so that I can de-flat his head. POP. LOL.

TLW...ROAR!

I agree Ali, Broker Bryant should be on every agents subscribed blogs. It is rare that a week goes by without something we can all use to get to the bank, save time or solve a problem.

TLW, I don't mean to inflate his ego, but I found too many great posts to keep my mouth shut. lol

BB- I am glad you like the picture. I couldn't resist using it in this post, but feel free to use it as you see fit. I love a good mud fight too, as long as we can all be freinds!

Jim, I totally agree.
