When times are tough the Vultures come out!

I want to remind everyone out there to be very careful when looking for help from Attorneys and people doing (Loan Modifications) and trying to help save your home from going into for-closer.

There are some real losers out there robbing people from the little money they may have making ends meet.

In the last 4 months I have had some people I know approach me wanting to do (Loan Modifications). I mentioned to them I don't know anything about loans and or (Loan Modifications).

They told me it's easy and it's a (Hot) money maker right now! I told them "No Thanks"

I want to thank Deb for the read and she did get a feature from "The Gods" and I can see why!

Once again people try to be careful out there, it really disappoints me to see the Vultures out there ripping people off!

Bob, it is disgusting, isn't it? But, vultures smell the rotting meat, and come out in droves. People have to be so careful. They are desperate and will grab at anything.

It is amazing, the number of people that take advantage of others!

Robert- There are always those that prey on those who are down and out on their luck. We have the same thing here. We don't do loan mods and I also did not get my license to do loan mods. I also have a beef with those agents who go around saying you can make a ton of money doing loan mods. What is a ton of money? I would rather list houses! Katerina

Robert I agree we got our license to do Real Estate and not loans...I always recommended people NEVER EVER to pay in advantage.

My sister just went to small claims court due to one of these vultures charging $1000 for a loan they did not get. In this case my sister won as she had all her ducks in a row and the law on her side. I have to wonder how many people wouldn't go to that extra effort though.

So many people get confused by all the requirements and the fine print in their packages, that they will pony up to anyone who seems to be able to provide that service for them. Unfortunately, the vultures are always ready to pounce on the downtrodden. Sad.

They should be hung upside down from their toe nails.

It always seem like people take advantage of unfortunate situations. Its just messed up. A person think that they will get theirs in the end but it just seem like they just get wealthier.

Hi Robert, I had a friend of mine wanting to know about this loan mod. She is not late on any payment but she has a home equity that she wanted to add to her mortgage. She said the laywer would not talk to her unless she paid them $3,000 up front. I told her to RUN not walk away from even thinking of getting into something like this....
