As I was out and about showing some great townhouses and condos to one of my dear Sandy Springs' clients, I stumbled across this quaint real estate community that any condo seeker would love. Springside Park is located in the heart of Sandy Springs but still has an Atlanta address (great for those that love the city life but not the city congestion). Located right on Dalrymple Road near North Springs High School, this gated condo community is a welcome retreat from city life. Despite it being so close to North Springs, by it being a gated community, residents do not notice the High Schoolers (except for the residents whose building faces the school - sorry!).
The 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condos at Springside Park features all of the upscale amenities you can expect in Sandy Springs with classic brick exteriors. The homes feature oversized-master bedroom suites, cozy balconies/patios, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stunning hardwoods and an open floorplan that an entertainer would enjoy for game nights, mixers, book clubs, etc. What made us stumble across this jewel of a community was that they had a brand-new 3 bedroom/2 bath unit selling as a foreclosure listed at just $104,900, although the other units in the community normally sell in the high $100,000s to mid-$200,000s in this current market (can you imagine what these units will go for in a better market? Wow!).
