SCCAR Food Drive

By
Real Estate Agent with KW North Sound 103527

Wow today was a warm one in Washington somewhere in the 80's. Mickie and I walked the Bayview Ridge neighborhood and handed out door hangers, talked with neighbors and discussed how nice everyones yards looked with the changing colors. I had my camera and forgot to take pictures...darn it.

Barnett Associates is pledging $100 to kick off our Food Drive. Our team is behind us and were are hoping to gernate a lot food/money for the Snohomish County Food Bank Coalition.

In addition to teh neighborhood and our office, Barnett Associates will be at the Marysville Albertsons in Marysville Mall plaza on October 14, 2006. If you're down there shopping please drop in a few non perishable food items on your way out. We appreciate all your support.

Hi Toby, great job! I admire people that are doing the door to door thing. We have a barrel at our office that I'll fill up.

Thanks Karen, I am trying to be a person who leads by example for my agents. To me, there is no better way to give back to community than by helping those less fortunate. If it means going door to door then that is what we will do. Here is a link you might find interesting Google.com.

You should have your team door knock their own neighborhoods to collect food... as well as drop off their business cards. -Charles

For those with REALTOR designations ...

Did NAR (National Association of Realtors) disclose to you before you took the class that you would need to pay them every year to rent your designation?

Did NAR disclose the additional annual fee when they advertised this class?

Did NAR disclose to you how much the annual renewal fee would be before you took the class?

We are talking ethics here, are we not?

No one I know with a designation knew about these extra fees. Why is that?

Why would NAR fail to disclose annual fees, as they advertise these designations? Could it be becuase you would not take their classes?

Please email me with your NAR concerns:        Seattlebroker1@aol.com

Thanks!
