Had to pass along this great story about 'Tinker Bell' the 5 lb. Chihuahua belonging to Dorothy Utley of flying chihuahuaMichigan.  Poor Tinker Bell was lifted up into the sky by a violent storm and carried away.  After a fruitless, two-day search, a pet psychic told Dorothy Utley to go to a wooded area a mile away, where she found the very hungry but frantically happy dog!

Is that a crazy story or what?  And I'll just throw in the the moral of the story: don't let your dog watch 'Wizard of Oz' in a storm!

What a sweet story!  I have to agree with Eric though that they are devil dogs.

Thanks Eric for that 'fondness story' about your devil dog. That owl would be in for some trouble, maybe it's already happened and you didn't know?

Is that a hair piece I wonder?? LOL  or, a comb over, or part of a "beatles" halloween costume??

In Arizona, where my folks live, you cannot leave your small animal outside for fear of NOT JUST Coyotes, but also Javenlinas!   Owls, and other winged predators, are just the beginning!

The lovely Mountain Lions are hungry too !!!  :(

Arrghhh....encroachment is another issue,...and ONE MORE THING they will blame on Realtors & Lenders!  LOL

Darin:  Actually even here it's not OK to leave the little demon outside because we have huge raccoons and coyotes!  If times are a little tough for them, good bye to your doggie!  There is a lady next door that leaves out here 'peek-a-poo' thats just 1lb heavier I think - gonna be an appetizer for something soon!

Eric:  I liked that dog in those commercials - they should bring him back.

Rita:  Yes it's got a happy ending and a wierd (literally) twist with the pet psychic thing. Sure everyone has one right?
